The registered capital of the company is 50 million yuan, covering an area of 29800 square meters and a building area of 23000 square meters. It currently has more than 130 employees, including 12 technical personnel with college degrees or above and 8 testing personnel. The company has more than 50 sets of natural gas heating furnaces, forging hammers, press machines, ring rolling machines, heat treatment furnaces, CNC lathes, and CNC drilling machines, with an annual production capacity of over 30000 tons. At the same time, the company's physical and chemical laboratory is equipped with various testing equipment such as WAW-600D microcomputer controlled electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine, JB-300B impact testing machine, metallographic microscope, ultrasonic flaw detector, magnetic particle flaw detector, Brinell hardness tester, etc., which can independently conduct mechanical performance, metallographic structure, non-destructive testing, etc., thereby improving product quality.

The geometric shapes of forgings include round cakes, rings, deep punched holes, stepped shafts, gear rings, etc. The products are widely used in fields such as petroleum, chemical, natural gas pipelines, nuclear power, power, and pressure vessels.
